URL Slug
The human-readable identifier at the end of a URL, derived from a page's title.
A URL slug is the lowercase, hyphen-separated identifier that appears at the end of a clean URL — for example, the slug in /blog/how-to-write-meta-tags. Slugs improve readability, shareability and SEO because crawlers extract keywords from the URL path.
